What's in the kit

3-Color LED Andon Lights: Red/amber/green stacks on articulating brackets. High-output LEDs visible across the bay. IP54, steady or flash. Powered and signaled over a single PoE run from the switch, no local supply at the column. Add as many lights as your workstations require.

Zira Managed 24-Port PoE Router & Switch: The networking and power backbone for the kit. 24 Gigabit PoE ports power and connect a large fleet of Zira cameras, lights, and edge devices directly over a single cable each. Four 10 Gbps SFP+ uplinks handle high-bandwidth vision traffic and fiber backhaul. Fully configured by Zira, 1U rackmount, runs on standard 100 to 240V AC, sub-second latency.

8-Channel Dry-Contact Relay Boards: 3 channels drive each 3-color light; 5 spare per board for buzzers, secondary lights, PLC inputs, or escalation chains. Optically isolated, up to 250V AC. Run multiple boards to cover multiple workstations from one kit.

Install hardware: IEC AC cord for the switch, DIN-rail mounts, CAT6 patch runs, cable gland kit, rackmount ears, and column/beam mounting hardware.

How it works

Zira camera detects an event, the managed switch routes the signal to the right relay board, the relay closes, the Andon light changes at the workstation. Power and signal both ride the same PoE run, so each light is a single cable back to the rack. End-to-end in under a second, across every line on the floor.

Power and cabling

One AC feed to the rack, one PoE cable to each device. The switch powers cameras, lights, and edge hardware directly over PoE, so there are no local power supplies scattered across the floor and no separate low-voltage runs to pull. Everything terminates at one managed switch in one rack.
