Zira Andon Light — Add-On 3-Color Stack

Add another workstation to your existing Zira Andon deployment. This is the light module on its own — a 3-color LED stack ready to wire into spare relay channels on a bridge and relay board you already own.

One more station, one more line, one more escalation point. Same signal path, more coverage.

Requires an existing Zira Andon Kit (Communication Bridge + 8-Channel Dry-Contact Relay Board). If you don't have one yet, start with the full Zira Andon Kit.

What's included

• 3-Color LED Andon Light — Red/amber/green stack on an articulating bracket. High-output LED visible across the whole bay. Swivel base bolts to any column, beam, or workstation upright.
• Column/beam mounting hardware — 4-bolt pattern, articulating bracket aims the light wherever the operator stands.
• Cable gland kit — Sealed entry for the 24V feed from the relay board.

Wiring

Three dry-contact channels from your existing Zira relay board drive R / A / G. Power from the same 24V feed running the bridge and primary light. Map detections to the new light in the Zira console — live in minutes.

Typical use

Most kits ship with 5 spare relay channels. That's enough to drive one additional 3-color light per kit and still leave headroom for a buzzer or PLC tie-in. Need more than one extra light per bridge? Add a second relay board, or contact sales for a multi-station configuration.
